Alex Christian, LL.M, MSoM, brings over 25 years of experience in the legal advice sector, having managed and advised across a broad spectrum of areas including Housing, Money Advice, Insolvency, Employment, Welfare Benefits, Landlord and Tenant, Consumer, Discrimination, and Family Law. His career spans the private, public, and third sectors, with notable roles at Citizens Advice and Shelter.

Highly skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and advocacy, Alex also brings a keen understanding of the financial dimensions of legal disputes.

His particular passion lies in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), especially mediation. Having facilitated more than 300 mediations, primarily focused on property-related conflicts, Alex combines depth of knowledge with practical expertise. He now splits his time between mediation work and serving as a Legal Housing Consultant.

A Member of the Society of Mediators and the Civil Mediation Council, Alex’s interests outside of work include, squash, swimming, theatre, film and rugby.
