Before launching my consultancy, I held senior HR roles at companies including Charlotte Tilbury, Wasserman Media Group, and the Series C start-up Farmdrop. I’ve led on sensitive investigations, complex change processes, and high-stakes people issues, always with a focus on fair process and practical resolution.

My mediation style is calm, structured, and empathetic. I bring a high level of emotional intelligence to every case and create a safe, impartial space for parties to be heard. Clients value my ability to stay neutral while helping them reach sustainable, constructive outcomes.

I’m based in Hertfordshire and work across the UK. I offer flexible options including in-person and remote mediation.
