An entrepreneur at heart, she founded Symbioss in 2024 and previously built a company she founded in 2003 – Executive Interviews – into a £3M global media company serving 2,000 clients worldwide. Her corporate background includes leading ASDA’s brand marketing post-Walmart acquisition and running sales in the FMCG space and marketing for Diageo. MBA-qualified from Cranfield with mediation training from the Society of Mediators, Liz excels in strategy development, stakeholder management and transforming conflicts into productive business relationships across consulting, scientific, retail, food, FMCG and media sectors.
