I am a commercial mediator based in Devon with over 30 years of dispute resolution experience. I specialise in resolving commercial insurance claims, such as Property, Business Interruption and Professional Negligence claims. I also have significant experience of contractual disputes between companies and disagreements between directors, shareholders and business partners.

In addition to providing the traditional mediation offering, I also provide a more informal facilitation service to help business partners and directors work through disagreements, including on the strategy and direction of the business, and provide independent advice on negotiation strategy for contracts and disputes.
